KIMCHI EGG FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 cup cooked Jasmine Rice
1/4 cup Bao Down Kimchi
2 Eggs mixed
30ml’s Bao Down Rice seasoning
Spring Onion
METHOD
Place a non stick frying pan or Wok on medium to high heat
add cooking oii.
Once the oil is heated add the cooked Jasmin rice and kimchi and fry until heated through, mixing continuously.
Push the rice and kimchi mixture to one side of the pan and add egg mixture.
Just before eggs are cooked (resembling scrambled eggs) stir the rice mixture into the eggs.
Add the rice seasoning and stir. Take off the heat.
Spoon into serving bowls and top with finely sliced spring onions.
